Join us for this educational webinar, hosted by the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals (AICP), and presented by Greenberg Traurig, P.A. and National Association of Insurance Commissioners in which we will discuss current and pending privacy laws and regulations. We will also discuss best practices for tackling privacy-related issues.

Privacy legislation has an impact on all of us both from an insurance company perspective and a personal perspective. This presentation will discuss the activity at the state and federal levels, along with a robust discussion on the impact to individuals and insurance companies.
