For insurance companies, there are additional layers to take into account. A governance program must include a wide variety of policies, including conflicts and ethics, insider trading policies if a public company, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and holding company reporting obligations. This podcast will discuss some of the governance considerations for insurance companies.
