Ranieka works with leaders at all levels to enhance their self-awareness, develop their strengths, and increase their effectiveness in ways that positively impact the organization’s financial success. Ranieka offers insight from 20 years of experience, with small, mid-size and Fortune 500 companies. She gained her experience in operations, sales, and talent management at various companies including Chubb Insurance Group, Eli Lilly, Astra Zeneca and United Therapeutics. Her diverse professional experience as a business executive, board member, and talent leader provides a unique perspective on critical issues facing leaders and teams. As an executive coach, she has supported leaders in various industries such as tech, healthcare, media, insurance, accounting, trade associations, nonprofits, and a national union. Her area of expertise includes identifying and establishing boundaries, emotional agility, adult development, team development, and inclusive leadership. She also serves as adjunct faculty for American Management Association. She is SHRM-SPC certified, and a PCC certified coach. She completed her coaching training at the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University. As a result of working with Ranieka, her clients have expressed improved business outcomes and team dynamics. Her clients feel more connected to their professional goals, providing feedback and delegating to direct reports, more impowered thinking and creativity.
