Webinar | AI Governance in the Insurance Industry: What’s it All Mean Anyway?

Spoiler alert: Our lawmakers are generally confused too. The world is nearly 2 & 1/2 years removed from the onset of Generative AI, and the only consensus that has seemingly been reached from a policy perspective is that “something” should be done about AI. Most notably for insurers, the NAIC issued a Model Bulletin on the Use of AI in Insurance, which 22 insurance departments have adopted to date. This webinar will give participants a current state view of AI policy and requirements aimed at insurers, as well as dive into the NAIC Model Bulletin on the Use of AI in Insurance, and its related policy challenges.
