The Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee believes that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are mutually reinforcing principles within any organization. A focus on diversity alone is insufficient because an employee’s sense of
belonging (inclusion) and experience of fairness (equity) is critically important in ensuring an equitable and inclusive workplace. We must never stop learning. Reading and listening are great tools to help us expand our awareness, improve our skills and move toward action. This is by no means a complete or exhaustive list, but we’ve pulled together some of our favorite books which our members have read and enjoyed. Our hope is that you enjoy these book recommendations as part of your personal and professional journey.
