Since the earliest days of the Covid-19 pandemic, the AAIS COVID 19 task force has been tracking critical developments and information and making it readily accessible in two separate dashboards, one for legislation/regulation and other for litigation. This comprehensive site includes Department of Insurance (DOI) communications, as well as regulatory and legislative updates. You’ll find information on cancellation and nonrenewal, premium payment grace periods, data calls, requests for policyholder notices, and proposed regulations from DOI’s.
