The rates above will be valid until September 1, but please note that there is limited availability for these special rates and the rooms may sell out well before the deadline.

All quoted room rates do not include the hotel resort fee (see amenities below), or Miami’s 13% sales tax.

A daily Hotel Service Fee of $20.00 per room, per night, exclusive of tax will be added to each individual room rate. The service fee includes the following services:

A first night deposit may be required with your registration—this will be charged to your credit card. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid losing this first night’s deposit.
