Thank you to everyone who joined our Town Halls last week. We had great participation, and we appreciate all of the feedback. As discussed in the Town Hall meetings, the AICP has been facing a number of challenges for several years. We know that change is needed to ensure that our members continue to get great value from the association and to help facilitate growth by appealing to new members. The task force has worked hard to come up with a solution that the Board agrees will accomplish these goals. These challenges, and our solution, are outlined in our slides available here [LINK]. Through this restructuring, we anticipate creating more ways for members to engage at national and regional levels in educational, networking, and volunteer opportunities.
