Great Lakes Chapter Meeting

Join the Great Lakes Chapter for our Thursday, October 20th in person educational, networking, and chapter meeting. This event is being held at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh campus in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Our educational topic is “A Typical Compliance Day of a Regulator and Industry Person”, which will cover the job responsibilities of each. Ms. Susan Ezalarab, former Wisconsin Office of Commissioner of Insurance Regulator and now a consultant with the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission “The Insurance Compact”. Our industry speaker will Mr. Peter Quirk, Midwest Regional Vice President, Government Relations Insurance Services Office, Inc. We were able to secure Ms. Amy Malm, Administrator, Division of Financial Regulation Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance.

This is a great opportunity to meet and network with the Risk Management students possibly future employees of your company along with the Professors educating these students in Risk Management.

LODGING
We have a room block rate of $99 plus tax at La Quinta Inn Oshkosh. Reservations in this block are available now through October 14th. Guests may make reservations by contacting the hotel directly at (920) 233-4190 and requesting a room in the AICP Room Block.

PARKING
Complimentary parking on a first-come, first-served basis is available to guests of the CFWC in parking lot #6, adjacent to the facility. All other campus parking lots require a parking permit, except from 4:00 PM on Fridays through 6:00 AM on Mondays, when parking is free in any legal, non-reserved space in a campus lot or parking ramp. If you are concerned about the capacity of the CFWC parking lot, please discuss your needs with your event coordinator.
