Our venue this year, the Hyatt Regency Denver, is a magnificent facility with dazzling views of the Rocky Mountains. The hotel’s 3rd floor Centennial Ballroom, which opens to the stunning, glass-enclosed Centennial Gallery, will serve as the conference hub. Conference registration and the Information Desk border the Centennial Gallery. Morning and afternoon breaks will be strategically situated within the Gallery. General sessions and meal service will be hosted within the Centennial Ballroom.
New for 2019! Networking activities, traditionally held in a separate exhibit hall, will be hosted in the beautiful Centennial Gallery! Gallery Sponsors (Bronze level and higher) will be assigned tabletop displays situated directly within the Gallery, providing a spectacular setting for engaging with conference attendees!
In addition to the tabletop displays, Gallery Sponsorship also includes:
- daily “push notifications” of personal messages sent directly to conference attendees via the mobile app;
- exclusive access to a private, 12-seat board room (one of twelve 2-hour time slots available on a first-come, first-served basis); and
- 15-, 30-, or 60-second custom video ad on the Social Wall stream (Gold level and higher).

Sunday Evening
Reach new heights as you say, “Welcome to Denver”, at the Gallery Sponsor Showcase on Sunday night. Conference attendees will receive one (1) complimentary drink ticket for exclusive use in the Centennial Gallery on Sunday evening. Brews, blends, and “munchies” will be on hand as attendees mingle with you and explore the business solutions you offer.
Monday Evening
Attendees will move mountains to return to the Gallery Sponsor Showcase on Monday night for a chance to visit with you. Two (2) complimentary drink tickets will be provided for exclusive use in the Centennial Gallery on Monday evening. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and lots of networking will be served!
Sponsors are encouraged to engage with us by participating in the door prize drawings held at half-hour intervals during the Centennial Gallery events. The AICP conference app game challenges will also create a strong buzz within the Gallery, as attendees attempt to climb the CLICK and GAME Leaderboards.
