Gail Wien is the Head of People Engagement for AXIS, a specialty insurance and reinsurance company headquartered in Bermuda. Gail oversees all people engagement initiatives which include Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), hybrid working, philanthropy and recognition programs at AXIS. She leads the AXIS DEI Council and its ancillary group of DEI Advocates. Gail has been with AXIS since 2009 and prior to moving into her current role she was a Lead People Business Partner. She has over 30 years of HR experience and has worked in health insurance, trade publishing and the arts before coming to AXIS. Gail was recently named one of Insurance Business of America’s Elite Women for 2022.

Constance Jackson is a Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst in the Legal and Compliance Division at Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty NA; Chicago office, and is the SME for the Entertainment Division, the Energy and Construction Programs and the Commercial Inland Marine segments, all Country Wide.  She is an Alumni of the University of Illinois (BA in Sociology), has been employed by Allianz since 2013 and carries over 40 years of Insurance Industry experience, from Multiple fortune 500 companies.

Constance currently resides in the Chicago land area and has been an AICP member since 1987 (formerly the Society of State Filers,) where she is currently volunteering for the AICP DEI initiative.
