Senior State Filing & Compliance Analyst

Our core business segments include State Filings; Company Licensing; Compliance & Regulatory; Product Development; Actuarial Consulting and Competitive Intelligence. Our firm continues to see growth in all areas and we currently have an excellent opportunity in our State Filings, Regulatory and Product Development unit. We are seeking a qualified candidate to join the most experienced state filing team in the industry.

Job Requirements
We partner with many small, regional and national writers to support their day-to-day state filing and compliance needs and support both their short and long-term project planning. You will be joining an extraordinary and accomplished staff with decades of experience. Based on the applicants background they may assume lead responsibilities on certain projects.

Responsibilities
• Preparation and submission of rate, rule, and form filings
• Manage reminders and objections
• Work with clients to develop best approach and strategy
• Monitor project filings using our proprietary OneView State Filing Management Solution
• Review bureau circulars/bulletins
• Perform online and state research projects
• Assist with product development
• Take an active role as lead analyst for selected client base
• Communicate with clients and state DOIs

Qualifications
Individual must have property and casualty rate, rule, and form filing experience. They must also be accustomed to reviewing and monitoring bureau circulars and working with bureau based and independent programs. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, analytical, accurate, organized, disciplined, able to work under time constraints, self-motivated, energetic, flexible, customer service oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
In addition, candidate must be proficient with: SERFF, Florida Insurance Regulation Filing System (IRFS), Microsoft Office products (WORD & Excel) and other third-party industry applications. Excellent time management and communication skills are valuable.
