Insurance State Filing Team Leader

Job Responsibilities Include

Manage all aspects of property and casualty rate, rule, and form filings.
Prepare and submit filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Track team members filing activity and prioritize workflow accordingly.
Negotiate approvals with state insurance departments.
Review state objections and propose responses in collaboration with team members, underwriting, and actuarial departments.
Update endorsements to comply with state regulations.
Serve as a company resource for inquiries regarding new filings and the status of pending or approved filings.
Create and maintain the State Filing Department’s procedure manual and related materials.
Lead a team of filing professionals to assist in the statutory filing process.
