About the team:
We are looking for a Corporate Compliance Analyst who will be responsible for effectively extracting/collecting, preparing, and submitting statistical data to the regulatory agencies, within required timeframes and according to the specifications set forth by the regulatory agencies. You will serve as the subject matter expert for all compliance-related insurance policy and claims data requirements. Provide general assistance to the Corporate Compliance department and business unit compliance personnel, and other projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure statistical reporting compliance.
• Extract and collect statistical data from data warehouse.
• Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies by meeting all deadlines imposed by the regulatory agencies and Corporate Compliance Department.
• Implement reports and processes to aid in improvement of compliance data quality.
• Help to identify areas for development and implements revisions and automation to internal statistical reporting processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Partner with other business stakeholders including, but not limited to IT, business units, and corporate accounting.
• Prepare written and verbal communications/presentations on areas of responsibility/expertise for presentation to compliance and other personnel.
• Engage in insurance regulatory research relating to compliance issues presented.
• Support Compliance Operations projects as requested.

Minimum Knowledge, Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business accounting, business intelligence, data science, finance, or equivalent business experience.
2 years of relevant and progressive professional experience.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligent platforms such as Power BI.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Insurance experience preferred.
