Sales & Distribution Manager
Description
The American Road Insurance Company (TARIC), a subsidiary of Ford Credit, is expanding its commercial auto insurance product offering and is seeking experienced staff to lead the effort. The goal is to bring insurance to commercial customers as part of the one-stop experience for Ford Pro customers and create excitement about a new option for competitive commercial vehicle insurance across all brands.
The Sales and Distribution Manager will report to the Commercial Auto Insurance Product Manager and be a key member of the product launch team with responsibility for marketing and sales through multiple channels (direct, agent and digital).
Resume Information
Responsibilities (owned or shared): Marketing strategy, Marketing Data and analytics reporting, Lead management, Marketing Operations, Campaigns / Content publishing.
Develop the sales strategy and coordinate activities of sales process stakeholders (e.g., dealers, MGA).
Develop the sales journey, establish Salesforce environment, create nurturing journeys, and develop related marketing assets.
Specific requirements:
Experience in leadership role in sales operations, sales Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or other related fields.
Traditional brokerage experience.
Experience with Commercial insurance products, particularly with commercial auto.
Developing sales journeys.
Coordination between several distribution channels (e.g., IA, direct, MGA).
Preferred skills:
Experience with Salesforce.
Experience with Sales Incentive Compensation.
