The Division attempts to schedule these meetings regularly as a means of facilitating communication between the Division and filers. We use these meetings to try to address workflow issues, discuss hot topics, and share information. The agenda for this meeting is:

• Proposed updates to review checklists and SERFF instructions for 2026
• Filing reminders from the P&C Examiners
• Open dialogue between filers and regulators in Massachusetts – any topic of general interest that the attendees of the Forum suggest will be discussed.
