Think Nationally, Act Locally

AICP has nine local chapters across the nation to facilitate easy access to regional networking opportunities. Each chapter has resources related to regional compliance issues and regulatory changes.

Our chapters serve a specific group of states, each is governed by an elected group of chapter officers, and is guided by a set of designated chapter operating rules.

There are many opportunities for AICP members to become involved in various activities.

State Filings in a Pandemic Age – Webinar

Now, more than ever, we need to maintain our focus while keeping an eye on everything. The AICP Great Lakes Chapter is here to help by putting a spotlight on COVID-19 Bulletins and Notices. Join us for an informative webinar to learn how to stay compliant with “State Filings in a Pandemic Age”.

There are few areas of our business that have not been impacted by the arrival of COVID-19. And, like the virus, the changes are not likely to go away soon. With the threat of spread and spikes, states are continuing to update old, and release new, bulletins and notices that dictate how we can and cannot proceed with transacting business.

How can we ensure that we have the correct process in place to successfully navigate these turbulent seas of regulation and market transformation without being overwhelmed?

Our speakers will discuss:

  • Compliance with Cancellation and Nonrenewal grace-periods
  • Mandatory policyholder relief filings and data calls
  • Required SERFF filings policy forms, rates and notices
  • And more!

When:
October 15, 2020 – 11:30 PM – 12:30 PM CT
Fee: Members: Free
Non-Members: $45
Non-member Regulators: $25
Webinar link will be sent on October 13, 2020.
